Privacy Policy and Terms of Use
1) Acceptance and Privacy Policy
By downloading, installing or using this application, you declare that you have read and accepted the entire Privacy Policy and Terms of Use below. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.
The Namaz Vakti – Ezan & Kıble application values user privacy. Settings used within the application, such as notification settings, Qibla direction calculation, city/region selection, school of jurisprudence (madhab) preference and theme, are used solely to run the core functions of the application. These preferences are stored locally on the user's own device.
Location information is processed only according to the method chosen by the user:
- If a province/district is selected manually, GPS location information is not collected; only the selected region information is used to retrieve prayer times.
- If automatic location detection is selected, your device's coordinate information (latitude and longitude) is transmitted to our server infrastructure and to the third-party time calculation services used for calculating prayer times, solely to identify the region closest to you and to calculate accurate prayer times. Location data is processed instantly and is not stored to create a profile linked to the user; it is not used for marketing purposes, and it is not shared with third parties, sold or processed for any other purpose. The user can switch this feature to the manual selection method at any time.
The Qibla direction feature uses only your device's own sensors (compass/magnetometer); this data is not transferred outside the device.
To ensure the secure and stable operation of the application, prevent misuse and generate aggregate usage statistics, our server infrastructure keeps request logs for a limited period (technical information such as the request date, the city the request was made for and an anonymous device identifier). These logs are used only for limited purposes such as generating aggregate statistics (total number of requests, number of unique devices, etc.) and are automatically deleted within 5 days at the latest. The logs are not used to create a profile linked to the user or for marketing purposes, and they are not shared with third parties or sold.
In-app payment, subscription, purchase, renewal, cancellation and refund transactions are carried out through the Google Play Store and/or App Store infrastructure. Card, payment and billing information is not kept, viewed, stored or directly processed by the application owner. These transactions are carried out within the systems and rules of the relevant store provider.
2) Third-Party Services
The following Google services are used to ensure the stable operation of the application, fix errors and display advertisements. These services may automatically collect certain technical data (such as device type, operating system, application version, language and approximate location) under their own privacy policies:
- Google Firebase Analytics: To understand usage statistics and improve features.
- Google Firebase Crashlytics: To detect and fix application crashes.
- Google AdMob: For displaying advertisements. AdMob may access your device's advertising ID (Advertising ID) and general device information for ad personalization and fraud prevention purposes. Ads are not shown to users who purchase a Premium subscription.
In addition, our server infrastructure and third-party time calculation services are used to calculate prayer times accurately. Only information about the selected region or, if automatic location is used, the approximate coordinates of the device is transmitted to these services; no other data that directly identifies the user is shared. The policies and practices of third-party services are outside the control of the application owner.
Various digital advertising and campaign platforms may be used to promote the application and reach new users; these platforms may process technical data under their own policies in order to measure campaign performance (app installs, campaign conversions, etc.).
3) Terms of Use
Everyone who uses the Namaz Vakti – Ezan & Kıble application is deemed to have accepted the following terms. The application is provided for personal use only. The prayer times, Qibla direction, calendar, notifications and similar content and services in the application are intended to provide information and ease of use.
Prayer times may vary depending on technical factors such as the selected location, region information, calculation method, device clock and operating system. The Qibla direction feature may be affected by the device's compass, sensors and calibration status. The user accepts that they may verify the relevant information separately from official or local sources when they deem it necessary.
4) Subscriptions and In-App Services
Monthly and yearly subscription options and various in-app premium services may be offered within the application. These subscriptions and services are started and managed through the user's Google Play Store and/or App Store account, depending on the user's choice.
Pricing, renewal, cancellation, payment collection and, where applicable, refund processes for subscriptions are subject to the system of the relevant store provider. The user accepts that subscription transactions are carried out through the store account and that the store's rules apply to these processes.
Premium features can only be used during an active subscription period. When the subscription ends, access to some or all premium features may stop. The application owner reserves the right to change, update, limit or terminate subscription plans, premium features, scope, access model, pricing, durations and offered services at any time for technical, commercial, operational or legal reasons.
Although technical control over the payment and subscription infrastructure lies with the relevant store provider, the definition, scope, manner of provision and content of in-app premium access are at the discretion of the application owner.
5) Content and Service Continuity
The services offered in the application may vary depending on the internet connection, device features, operating system version, sensor status, store infrastructure and the operation of third-party services. Therefore, all or some features of the application may occasionally slow down, stop temporarily or not work as expected.
The application owner may make changes to all or part of the application, temporarily suspend the service or remove certain features due to maintenance, updates, technical improvements, infrastructure changes, security requirements, problems caused by third-party services, network problems, force majeure or similar reasons.
No guarantee is given that the application will always work without interruption, without errors and in the same way on all devices.
6) Limitation of Liability
The application is provided "as is" and "as available". The application owner does not guarantee that the application will work without interruption, without errors, completely or with the same performance for every user, or that the information provided will be accurate and up to date in every case.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the user is responsible for any direct or indirect consequences, data loss, loss of profit or similar damages that may arise from the use of prayer times, Qibla direction, notification timings, calendar content, premium services and other in-app features. The user accepts that they use the application at their own discretion and responsibility.
The application owner cannot be held responsible for interruptions, errors, data inconsistencies or similar situations caused by third-party services, store providers and infrastructure services.
7) User Rights
You may have certain rights under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and related legislation. These rights may include requesting access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, and restricting or objecting to its processing.
Since the application does not collect or store personal data that directly identifies the user in a central system, in most cases you do not need to submit a separate request. However, if you wish to exercise any of your rights or find out the status of location-related data that has been processed, you can contact us at our contact address.
8) Changes
The application owner reserves the right to make changes to the privacy policy, terms of use, subscription structure, premium services, content and application features at any time. Updates take effect from the date they are published. Continuing to use the application after the updated text is published within the application means that you accept the current terms.

Gizlilik Politikası ve Kullanım Koşulları
1) Kabul ve Gizlilik Politikası
Bu uygulamayı indirerek, yükleyerek veya kullanarak; aşağıdaki Gizlilik Politikası ve Kullanım Koşulları'nın tamamını okuduğunuzu ve kabul ettiğinizi beyan etmiş olursunuz. Bu koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen uygulamayı kullanmayınız.
Namaz Vakti – Ezan & Kıble uygulaması, kullanıcı gizliliğine önem verir. Uygulama kapsamında kullanılan bildirim ayarları, kıble yönü hesaplaması, şehir/bölge seçimi, mezhep tercihi, tema ve benzeri ayarlar yalnızca uygulamanın temel işlevlerinin çalıştırılması amacıyla kullanılır. Bu tercihler kullanıcının kendi cihazında yerel olarak saklanır.
Konum bilgisi yalnızca kullanıcının seçtiği yönteme göre işlenir:
- Manuel il/ilçe seçimi yapılırsa GPS konum bilgisi alınmaz; yalnızca seçilen bölge bilgisi namaz vakitlerinin getirilmesi için kullanılır.
- Otomatik konum bulma seçilirse, cihazınızın koordinat bilgisi (enlem ve boylam) yalnızca size en yakın bölgenin tespit edilmesi ve doğru namaz vakitlerinin hesaplanması amacıyla sunucu altyapımıza ve namaz vakti hesaplaması için kullanılan üçüncü taraf vakit hesaplama servislerine iletilir. Konum verisi anlık olarak işlenir, kullanıcıya bağlı bir profil oluşturmak amacıyla saklanmaz; pazarlama amacıyla kullanılmaz, üçüncü kişilerle paylaşılmaz, satılmaz veya farklı bir amaçla işlenmez. Kullanıcı bu özelliği istediği zaman manuel seçim yöntemiyle değiştirebilir.
Kıble yönü özelliği yalnızca cihazınızın kendi sensörlerinden (pusula/manyetometre) yararlanır; bu veri cihaz dışına aktarılmaz.
Uygulamanın güvenli ve istikrarlı çalışması, kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi ve toplam kullanım istatistiklerinin oluşturulması amacıyla sunucu altyapımız sınırlı süreli istek kayıtları tutar (örneğin istek tarihi, hangi şehir için istek yapıldığı, anonim cihaz tanımlayıcısı gibi teknik bilgiler). Bu kayıtlar yalnızca toplu istatistik üretimi (toplam istek sayısı, benzersiz cihaz sayısı vb.) ile sınırlı amaçlarla kullanılır; en geç 5 gün içinde otomatik olarak silinir. Kayıtlar kullanıcıya bağlı bir profil oluşturmak veya pazarlama amacıyla kullanılmaz, üçüncü kişilerle paylaşılmaz veya satılmaz.
Uygulama içi ödeme, abonelik, satın alma, yenileme, iptal ve iade işlemleri Google Play Store ve/veya App Store altyapısı üzerinden yürütülür. Kart, ödeme ve faturalandırma bilgileri uygulama sahibi tarafından tutulmaz, görüntülenmez, saklanmaz veya doğrudan işlenmez. Bu işlemler ilgili mağaza sağlayıcısının kendi sistemleri ve kuralları çerçevesinde gerçekleştirilir.
2) Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler
Uygulamanın istikrarlı çalışması, hataların giderilmesi ve reklam gösterimi için aşağıdaki Google hizmetleri kullanılmaktadır. Bu hizmetler kendi gizlilik politikaları kapsamında belirli teknik verileri (cihaz türü, işletim sistemi, uygulama sürümü, dil ve genel konum gibi) otomatik olarak toplayabilir:
- Google Firebase Analytics: Kullanım istatistiklerinin anlaşılması ve özelliklerin iyileştirilmesi amacıyla.
- Google Firebase Crashlytics: Uygulama çökmelerinin tespit edilip giderilmesi amacıyla.
- Google AdMob: Reklam gösterimi amacıyla. AdMob, reklam kişiselleştirme ve dolandırıcılık önleme amacıyla cihazınızın reklam kimliğine (Advertising ID) ve genel cihaz bilgilerine erişebilir. Premium abonelik satın alan kullanıcılara reklam gösterilmez.
Ayrıca namaz vakitlerinin doğru hesaplanması için sunucu altyapımız ve üçüncü taraf vakit hesaplama servisleri kullanılır. Bu servislere yalnızca seçilen bölgeye veya (otomatik konum kullanılıyorsa) cihazın yaklaşık koordinatlarına ait bilgi iletilir; kullanıcıyı doğrudan tanımlayan başka bir veri paylaşılmaz. Üçüncü taraf servislerin kendi politikaları ve uygulamaları, uygulama sahibinin kontrolü dışındadır.
Uygulamanın tanıtımı ve yeni kullanıcılara ulaştırılması amacıyla çeşitli dijital reklam ve kampanya platformları kullanılabilir; bu platformlar, kampanya performansının ölçülmesi (uygulama yüklemeleri, kampanya dönüşümleri vb.) amacıyla teknik verileri kendi politikaları kapsamında işleyebilir.
3) Kullanım Koşulları
Namaz Vakti – Ezan & Kıble uygulamasını kullanan herkes, aşağıdaki koşulları kabul etmiş sayılır. Uygulama yalnızca kişisel kullanım amacıyla sunulmaktadır. Uygulamada yer alan namaz vakitleri, kıble yönü, takvim, bildirim ve benzeri içerik ve hizmetler bilgilendirme ve kullanım kolaylığı sağlama amacı taşır.
Namaz vakitleri; seçilen konum, bölge bilgisi, hesaplama yöntemi, cihaz saati, işletim sistemi ve benzeri teknik unsurlara bağlı olarak değişiklik gösterebilir. Kıble yönü özelliği ise cihazın pusula, sensör ve kalibrasyon durumundan etkilenebilir. Kullanıcı, gerekli gördüğü hâllerde ilgili bilgileri resmî veya yerel kaynaklardan ayrıca doğrulayabileceğini kabul eder.
4) Abonelik ve Uygulama İçi Hizmetler
Uygulama kapsamında aylık ve yıllık abonelik seçenekleri ile çeşitli uygulama içi premium hizmetler sunulabilir. Bu abonelikler ve hizmetler, kullanıcının tercihine bağlı olarak Google Play Store ve/veya App Store hesabı üzerinden başlatılır ve yönetilir.
Aboneliklere ilişkin ücretlendirme, yenileme, iptal, ödeme alma ve varsa iade süreçleri ilgili mağaza sağlayıcısının sistemine tabidir. Kullanıcı, abonelik işlemlerinin mağaza hesabı üzerinden yürütüldüğünü ve bu süreçlerde mağaza kurallarının geçerli olduğunu kabul eder.
Premium özellikler yalnızca aktif abonelik süresi boyunca kullanılabilir. Abonelik sona erdiğinde, premium özelliklerin bir kısmına veya tamamına erişim durabilir. Uygulama sahibi; teknik, ticari, operasyonel veya hukuki nedenlerle abonelik planlarını, premium özellikleri, kapsamı, erişim modelini, fiyatlandırmayı, süreleri ve sunulan hizmetleri dilediği zaman değiştirme, güncelleme, sınırlandırma veya sona erdirme hakkını saklı tutar.
Ödeme ve abonelik altyapısına ilişkin teknik kontrol ilgili mağaza sağlayıcısında olmakla birlikte, uygulama içi premium erişimlerin tanımlanması, kapsamı, sunulma biçimi ve hizmet içeriğinin belirlenmesi uygulama sahibinin takdirindedir.
5) İçerik ve Hizmet Sürekliliği
Uygulamada sunulan hizmetler; internet bağlantısı, cihaz özellikleri, işletim sistemi sürümü, sensör durumu, mağaza altyapısı ve üçüncü taraf servislerin çalışmasına bağlı olarak farklılık gösterebilir. Bu nedenle uygulamanın tamamı veya bazı özellikleri zaman zaman yavaşlayabilir, geçici olarak durabilir veya beklenen şekilde çalışmayabilir.
Uygulama sahibi; bakım, güncelleme, teknik geliştirme, altyapı değişikliği, güvenlik gereksinimi, üçüncü taraf servis kaynaklı sorunlar, ağ problemleri, mücbir sebep veya benzeri nedenlerle uygulamanın tamamında ya da bir bölümünde değişiklik yapabilir, hizmeti geçici olarak durdurabilir veya bazı özellikleri kaldırabilir.
Uygulamanın her zaman kesintisiz, hatasız ve tüm cihazlarda aynı şekilde çalışacağına dair garanti verilmez.
6) Sorumluluğun Sınırı
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut hâliyle" sunulmaktadır. Uygulama sahibi; uygulamanın kesintisiz, hatasız, eksiksiz veya her kullanıcı bakımından aynı performansta çalışacağını ve sunulan bilgilerin her durumda doğru ve güncel olacağını garanti etmez.
Namaz vakitleri, kıble yönü, bildirim zamanlamaları, takvim içerikleri, premium hizmetler ve uygulama içi diğer özelliklerin kullanımından doğabilecek doğrudan veya dolaylı sonuçlardan, veri kaybı, kâr kaybı veya benzeri zararlardan, yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde kullanıcı sorumludur. Kullanıcı, uygulamayı kendi takdiri ve sorumluluğu altında kullandığını kabul eder.
Üçüncü taraf hizmetler, mağaza sağlayıcıları ve altyapı servislerinden kaynaklanan kesinti, hata, veri uyuşmazlığı veya benzeri durumlardan uygulama sahibi sorumlu tutulamaz.
7) Kullanıcı Hakları
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve ilgili mevzuat kapsamında belirli haklara sahip olabilirsiniz. Bu haklar arasında kişisel verilerinize erişim talep etme, düzeltme, silme, işlenmesini sınırlandırma veya itiraz etme bulunabilir.
Uygulama, kullanıcıyı doğrudan tanımlayan kişisel verileri merkezi bir sistemde toplamamakta veya saklamamakta olduğundan, çoğu hak için ayrıca bir talep oluşturmanıza gerek kalmamaktadır. Yine de herhangi bir hakkınızı kullanmak veya konumla ilgili işlenen verilerin durumunu öğrenmek istiyorsanız, iletişim adresimiz üzerinden bize ulaşabilirsiniz.
8) Değişiklikler
Uygulama sahibi; gizlilik politikası, kullanım koşulları, abonelik yapısı, premium hizmetler, içerikler ve uygulama özellikleri üzerinde dilediği zaman değişiklik yapma hakkını saklı tutar. Yapılan güncellemeler yayımlandığı tarihten itibaren geçerlilik kazanır. Güncellenmiş metnin uygulama içinde yayınlanmasının ardından uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncel koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
